Executive Function Coaching
What Coaching Looks Like
My coaching is supportive, action-oriented, and personalized to fit your child’s unique needs. Whether we meet virtually or in your home, we focus on building tools and routines that support confidence, independence, and emotional well-being.
Depending on your child’s goals and what feels most helpful, we may work on:
Identifying strengths and personal “superpowers”
Developing self-awareness and emotional regulation
Managing big emotions like frustration, anxiety, or overwhelm
Building routines and structure that reduce stress
Strengthening task initiation and follow-through
Learning how to break tasks into manageable steps
Improving social awareness and resilience
Starting and completing schoolwork more independently
Coaching is a collaborative process—each session is tailored to where your child is, and where they want to go.
Who I Work With
I specialize in coaching students ages 7–15 who are:
Struggling with executive functioning
Living with ADHD, or learning differences
Feeling overwhelmed by schoolwork or home routines
Ready to build confidence and new habits
“Ella stands out as an exceptional coach and communicator, both in terms of understanding each child’s unique profile and partnering with parents. Her warmth, encouragement, and practical learning approach empower children to move themselves foward. As a teacher, children were drawn to her, parents trusted her, and colleagues depended on her insights and collaboration. Taking her professional experience to coaching will undoubtedly have a powerful and positive impact on the children and families lucky enough to work with her.”
